Thank you for visiting and shopping at Online Goods. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

• Orders processed only after Payment or P.O.P received from bank.

NATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE GAUTENG)
Will be calculated at checkout.

GAUTENG - COLLECTION
Orders need 1 day lead time before collection is possible. We will make contact as soon as a order is marked as GAUTENG - COLLECTION to verify the order.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation, Whatsapp, SMS, Email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) and regular updates.

PLACES OF DELIVERY
We only deliver to SOUTH AFRICA addresses.

When shipping large items, i.e. furniture, please ensure that the delivery address is located on the ground floor. We will only deliver to ground levels and will not assist in carrying items to any floor above ground level.
