Thank you for visiting and shopping at Online Goods. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
• Orders processed only after payment or P.O.P received from bank.
• Some products take 1 - 4 working days to deliver after payment is received outside Gauteng.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sunday or Public holidays.
• Orders outside of Gauteng have a minimum charge of R115 and higher depending on size, weight and destination of product ordered.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

PLACES OF DELIVERY
We only deliver to SOUTH AFRICAN addresses.

When shipping large items, i.e. furniture, please ensure that the delivery address is located on the ground floor. We will only deliver to ground levels and will not assist in carrying items to any floor above ground level.
